• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Manage and supervise the complete execution of 13.8 kV substation projects from mobilization to final handover. • Ensure compliance with SEC standards, specifications, approved drawings, and contractual requirements. • Supervise installation and commissioning of switchgear, transformers, protection and control systems, SCADA, communication systems, battery chargers, DC systems, grounding systems, and auxiliary equipment. • Coordinate and monitor civil works including foundations, cable trenches, duct banks, control buildings, equipment foundations, roads, drainage systems, and boundary walls. • Review and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals. • Liaise with SEC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Prepare progress reports, technical correspondence and Change requests.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical substation projects, including SEC projects in Saudi Arabia. • Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, approval procedures, and construction requirements. • Experience in protection systems, SCADA, control systems, testing, and commissioning activities. • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural drawings. • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project. • Availability within Saudi Arabia will be preferred. • Ready to Join max in 30 days.
