Define and instrument catalog quality metrics at Salla, linking them to data consumption surfaces rather than mere completeness.

Demonstrated experience in improving a measurable data metric, such as completeness, accuracy, time to publish, tool adoption, or downstream data performance.

Evidence of influencing user-generated data quality at the point of creation, rather than through post-production cleanup.
