<p>About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of landmark high-rise developments. The role will oversee projects from design development through construction readiness and delivery transition, ensuring alignment between design, budget, schedule, and commercial objectives. <p>Overview The Mechanical SME will serve as the technical authority for all mechanical engineering aspects of the Projects, providing specialist expertise during design review, construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of bridge-related and infrastructure mechanical systems.</p><p>Your role Technical Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise Act as the lead Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Clients. Provide technical guidance and specialist support to project management, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. Ensure project mechanical systems are designed and constructed in accordance with project requirements, international standards, and client guidelines.
