This scope shall comply with the local laws and regulations on cybersecurity, which is a crucial part in the project’s safety, security and overall compliance.<br><br>The Cybersecurity Engineer – Renewable Power Sector is a senior technical competent individual contributor within the Project Cybersecurity Taskforce, responsible for assuring cybersecurity compliance, resilience, and safe operation of power generation and power transmission systems supporting large scale renewable energy assets (Solar PV, Wind Turbines, BESS, HV/MV substations, and grid interfaces).<br><br>The Engineer is also responsible for coordinating with Engineering, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Client operations team related to Cyber Security field verifications.<br><br>The Cyber Security engineer acts as the technical interface between Air Products project execution, commissioning teams and the vendors, during the field verification of cyber assets.<br><br>Experience in supporting large scale construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, startup and handover phases, ensuring cybersecurity controls are implemented without impacting schedule critical activities<br><br>This position based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia working on rotation of 8 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF.<br><br>The position will be a site-based role with below duties:<br><br>Perform field verification and validation of cybersecurity design and implementation for renewable power generation and transmission assets, ensuring compliance with Saudi and international standards. Assure cybersecurity controls for Solar PV plants, Wind Turbine systems, BESS, HV/MV substations, and grid interconnections, including PPC and EMS interfaces. Develop, maintain, and verify OT cybersecurity asset registers, network diagrams, zone‑conduit models, and risk registers for power systems. Lead and support cyber risk assessments for power packages and OEM skid systems; track and close mitigation actions with vendors and contractors. Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning by validating firewall rules, secure remote access, endpoint hardening, role‑based access control, logging, and monitoring prior to system energization. Oversee and participate in FAT, SAT, CSAT, and performance testing for substation automation systems, turbine control systems, and plant SCADA. Coordinate closely with subcontractors and OEMs to control third‑party access, remote connectivity, and cybersecurity compliance during construction and startup. Act as the technical cybersecurity interface between project execution, commissioning teams, OEMs, grid operators, and client representatives. Support change management to ensure cybersecurity impacts of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning changes are reviewed and approved. Contribute to OT cybersecurity handover to operations, including procedures, access governance, incident response alignment, backup, recovery, and secure remote support models<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics & communication, (or) instrumentation / process automation background is preferred) or equivalent. Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Operational Technology (OT), or related field with at least 3 years focused on designing (or) building (or) validating the design/implementation of the cybersecurity for industrial control systems and networks. Project implementation experience of Saudi cyber standards HCIS, NCA, or ISA 62443 Industry standards, specifications, regulations, best practices. Strong knowledge and understanding of controls systems (SAS, SCADA/DCS/PLCs, etc.,) including Wind Turbine systems, relevant protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850, etc.), key technologies including Firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, Vulnerabilities assessments, etc. in the ICS/OT networks OT/ICS cybersecurity relevant accreditations such as ISA/IEC62443, SANS or other internationally recognized certifications are preferred. Site Mechanical Engineer – Wet Utilities & Irrigation (Infrastructure)<br><br>Abniya Innovative Limited is looking for qualified professionals to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<br><br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br> 1- Construction Execution & Supervision<br>Supervise daily execution of potable water networks (HDPE PN16 / u PVC), including trenching, bedding, laying, jointing, thrust blocks, valve chambers, fire hydrants, service connections and backfilling. Supervise storm drainage installation — GRP, u PVC and reinforced concrete pipework, catch basins, manholes, gully leads, connection details and outfall structures. Supervise sewerage/gravity drainage works and associated chambers. Supervise irrigation works — mainlines and sub-mains, solenoid valves, decoders and controllers, disc filtration units, irrigation tank and pump set, drip and bubbler distribution networks. Verify setting-out, invert levels, gradients, cover depths and clearances against IFC drawings and utility corridor allocations prior to and during installation. Direct and monitor the performance of installation of subcontractors and site labor; verify daily output against program targets.<br><br> 2- Technical & Document Control<br>Follow up Material Approval Requests (MAR) for all mechanical materials, fittings and equipment through to Consultant approval. Review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and technical submittals. Raise and track RFIs / Technical Queries and follow up on outstanding IFC drawings and design clarifications. Review IFC and shop drawings for constructability, utility clash and specification of conformance; report discrepancies to the Project Manager in writing. Prepare and verify as-built records for all mechanical scope.<br><br> 3- Quality Assurance & Testing<br>Raise Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) and accompany the Consultant on inspections. Execute and document all statutory and specified testing: hydrostatic pressure testing, disinfection and chlorination, bacteriological clearance, deflection/mandrel testing, testing of drainage lines, and irrigation commissioning. Close NCRs and site observations within the required response period.<br><br> 4- Commercial & Quantity Support<br>Maintain accurate quantity records for all executed mechanical works and support joint measurement with the Supervision Consultant. Report immediately, in writing, any divergence between executed/instructed quantities or materials and the contract BOQ, so that remeasurement and variation of entitlements are protected. Support the QS team with take-offs, interim payment application backup, and variation substantiation. Provide technical evaluation of supplier and subcontractor quotations; raise material requisitions in the Company ERP with correct specification, quantity and required-on-site dates.<br><br> 5- HSE & Reporting<br>Enforce HSE requirements for excavation, shoring and trench support, confined space entry, lifting, hydrotesting and work near live utilities; ensure permits to work are in place before commencement. Submit daily/weekly progress reports, manpower and equipment returns, and maintain contemporaneous site records (photographs, diaries, delay events).<br><br>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<br><br>Essential<br>B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership — mandatory before mobilization. Minimum 5 years of site execution experience, of which at least 3 years in external infrastructure / wet utilities (potable water, storm drainage, sewerage networks). Practical experience with HDPE, u PVC, GRP and ductile iron pipework — installation, jointing methods and testing. Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working knowledge of NWC and Amana specifications, approval workflows and inspection procedures. Competence in Auto CAD and MS Office; familiarity with Aconex or equivalent document management platform. Working proficiency in English and Arabic (site instruction and formal correspondence). This role manages IT staff, coordinates technical support, and resolves hardware, software, and system issues to minimize downtime in a fast-paced, operational environment. The position plays a critical role in supporting a 24/7 operational business , including shift-based operations, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The Assistant Manager will implement and monitor IT security protocols, maintain system performance, and oversee timely upgrades and deployments of hardware, software, and POS systems critical to guest and retail operations.
