Position Summary<br>The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's customer portfolio within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting the company's Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) outsourcing services, building strong relationships with prospective clients, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.<br>The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Contact Center/BPO industry, the Saudi market, and enterprise sales, with the ability to convert customer needs into customized service solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the KSA market. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and lead generation. Prospect and engage decision-makers within target organizations. Client Acquisition Acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable Contact Center and Customer Experience solutions. Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer retention and repeat business. Sales & Commercial Activities Prepare commercial proposals, RFIs, RFPs, quotations, and service presentations. Lead contract negotiations until successful closure. Ensure all commercial agreements align with company policies and profitability objectives. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Contact Center and BPO industry. Analyze customer requirements and identify new service offerings that support market demand. Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaboration Coordinate with Operations, Solution Design, Finance, and Legal teams to develop tailored client solutions. Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired projects to the operations team. Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports. Report pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and business opportunities to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or professional sales certifications are considered an advantage. Experience<br>Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Minimum 5 years of proven experience within the Contact Center, BPO, Customer Experience (CX), or Outsourcing industry. Strong track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets. Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred. Experience responding to RFPs and enterprise tenders is preferred.

Coordinate with Ollen's leadership and delivery teams to shape relevant proposals, scopes of work, credentials, and commercial offers. Own the business development cycle from target identification, outreach, relationship development, opportunity qualification, proposal coordination, negotiation support, and handover to delivery. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, opportunity status, revenue forecasts, and client relationship notes. Represent Ollen professionally in meetings, market events, introductions, and strategic discussions. Build long-term relationships rather than one-off transactional leads. Support Ollen in understanding the Saudi private sector landscape, including key sectors, active groups, decision-makers, competitors, and market opportunities.<br>Segment Exposure:Family businesses and conglomerates. Strong existing network in the Saudi private sector. Proven ability to develop senior relationships with owners, CEOs, board members, general managers, chief strategy officers, marketing leaders, commercial leaders, or transformation leaders. Experience selling or developing complex professional services, consulting, design, marketing, strategy, project management, or transformation-related work. Ability to understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant service opportunities. Strong commercial judgment and ability to qualify serious opportunities from general conversations. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and decision-making dynamics.
