Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across telecom domains such as Customer, Billing, CRM, Network, Revenue Assurance, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Digital Channels. Conduct workshops and interviews with business users to understand reporting, analytical, and operational requirements. Document business processes, functional requirements, and business rules. Capture business requirements into functional specifications for Data Engineers, Data Modelers, ETL Developers, and BI Developers.
