<br></span><p>The Senior Foreman is responsible for the controls and follow-ups of the overall work and interacting with site foremen and team members to ensure smooth running of tasks at job site throughout the work day. Responsible for multiple teams of skilled resources to ensure works are executed safely, in time and to highest quality to ensure maximum productivity at minimum cost.</p><br>

<p>Complete site supervision of work, labor, materials, equipment-movement and proper distribution of such resource to ensure project costs and budgets are adhered to.</p><br>
<p>Ensure daily accomplish the site supervision of related activities and ensure that the cost of the activities will not exceed.</p><br>
<p>Maintains acceptable quality of works and to minimize reworks and effectively utilize available resources.</p><br>
<p>Ensure accomplishing assigned works on the time frame allotted maintaining the quality according to Company standards and reduce the reworks percentage to 0%.</p><br>

Anchored in Saudi Arabia and extending across the GCC, you will own the technical dimensions of every commercial engineering, and IT stakeholders across hospital exosystems; resolving complex questions in real time rather than in follow-up; authority the technical core of every tender and RFP response; and maintaining quote and configuration integrity from first engagement through to purchase order. This is a field-intensive role, with substantial time spend on-site in hospitals alongside clinical champions, procurement teams, our distributor partners, and our engineering and AI/Data teams at FluidAI's headquarter in Canada. While our commercial leads own deal closure and our Forward Deployed Engineers deliver the integrations, you are accountable for the technical validation that connects the two - in the operating room, on the ward, and across the IT estate. The role calls for a self-directed professionals who can lead an evaluation independently, speak to both the sensor hardware and the software platform with equal authority, and resolve technical obstacles without escalations.
