Job Purpose : To achieve the sales forecasts and collection of the assigned (Cardiology) products by prospecting the territory sales opportunities, building up and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, promoting assigned products, following up orders processes and collection, sustaining customers in-service and reporting on competitors actions.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct, document, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers preferences, business potential and competition actions in his/her territory. Ensure skilful technical support to Customers; follow up customer contentment regarding the equipment system installation, start up, utilization, and maintenance. Report on action plans, customers responses, achievements and sales potentials and competitors rivalry. Establish and maintain relationships with clients (surgeons, nursing and clinical staff, etc.). Provide doctor and staff with assistance in the installation and set-up of equipment.<br><br>Candidate Requirements<br><br>Education : Bachelor's Degree in Science / Biomedical Engineer / Pharmacy graduate or any related field from a recognised insititute but not limited to. Experience : 1-3 years experience in similar capacity. Fresher with a flair for selling can also be considered. Summary:The CSSD Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Central Sterile Supply Department, ensuring efficient processing, sterilization, and distribution of medical instruments and supplies. This role provides leadership, training, and quality oversight while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and supporting optimal patient care through sterile processing excellence.<br>Functional Responsibilities:Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the CARE Hospitals and Clinics.
