The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in medical procurement, international sourcing, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, and import & logistics operations, particularly across surgical devices, surgical consumables, sutures, endoscopy, urology, and related medical products. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in medical procurement, with proven managerial or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of medical devices, surgical products, consumables, sutures, endoscopy, urology, and related product categories. Proven experience in international sourcing, supplier evaluation, and supplier relationship management. Strong negotiation skills with international manufacturers and suppliers. <li >Over 3 years of experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, an HTA or payer organization, healthcare consultancy, academic institution, or research organization. MedTech experience in relevant locations is preferred.</li>
<li >Solid understanding of the principles of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and health economics.</li>
<li >Good understanding of processes within healthcare systems and payer bodies.</li>
