ستكون مسؤولاً عن بيع كامل مجموعة منتجات السكرى. إدارة الإقليم من منظور كلييني وسلوكي في منطقة الوسط.

قد تشمل المسؤوليات ما يلي وغيرها من الواجبات:
- وضع خطط تكتيكية تفصيلية تحدد أهداف SMART من أجل التسريع في تقدم محفظة ميدترونيك للسكري.
- فهم كامل لتطبيق المنتج فيما يتعلق بسوق الرعاية الصحية السعودي.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ربع السنوية والسنوية والمبادرات.
- حضور الاجتماعات/ورش العمل والمعارض عند الحاجة، والتي قد تتضمن بعض العمل خارج ساعات العمل من وقت لآخر.
- بناء والحفاظ على شبكة فعالة من قادة الرأي المهمين ذوي العلاقة ضمن السوق.
- تثقيف المرضى لضمهم في أجهزة الضخ لدينا أو المساعدة في حل المشكلات.
- المتابعة على الطلبات مع خدمة العملاء واللوجستيات.
المعرفة والخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس
- القدرة على إظهار النمو والأعمال الجديدة المكتسبة.
- سجل مثبت من التعاون الفعال عبر أقسام وظيفية.
- القدرة الطبيعية على اكتشاف فرصة عمل والقدرة على الإقناع والتأثير على الآخرين.
- رخصة القيادة السعودية سارية المفعول بالكامل
- إقامة في الرياض
1-3 سنوات خبرة مبيعات في السكرى أو الخلفية التعليمية أو خبرة العمل المرتبطة بالسكرى أو التغذية أو أي مجال طبي في المستشفى باستخدام أجهزة طبية متقدمة.

You will be responsible for selling the full range of Diabetes products. Managing the territory from both a Clinical and Sales aspect in Central region.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
- Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.
- Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives.
- Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time.
- Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.
- Educating Patients to onboard them on our Pumps or help Troubleshoot issues.
- Following up on Orders with Customer Service & Logistics.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained.
- Proven record of strong cross function collaboration.
- Natural ability to spot a business opportunity and able to persuade and influence others.
- Full Current Saudi Driving Licence
- Based in Riyadh
1-3 of Sales Experience in Diabetes or Background Education or Work Experience to do with Diabetes or Nutrition or any Medical Related in the Hospital using Advanced Medical Devices.
