Support the integration of MEP asset data into CAFM/CMMS platforms for centralized monitoring and tracking.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).4–7 years of experience in MEP operations, maintenance, or technical support—preferably in industrial parks, large-scale developments, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems for both buildings and infrastructure (e.g., utility corridors, substations, pump stations). Familiarity with international and local codes and standards (SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IEC). Experience using CAFM/CMMS platforms for asset and work order management is preferred.
