<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and other training devices, including maintenance calls, device setup, conversions, demos, and snag clearance.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs), Daily Readiness (DR), Recurrent QTG runs, Aircraft Database (ADB) updates, and IOS Lesson Plan (LP) updates on training devices and associated systems according to established standards.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve training device issues, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and National Aviation Authority (NAA) raised issues. Perform hardware refurbishment and modifications.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor SimHub/Simissues for updates and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System to record, track, review, update, and monitor deficiencies and maintenance activities. Generate performance reports for TCOPS Management.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">May be assigned as Shift Lead, Team Lead, Device Caretaker, or Task Caretaker, managing all aspects of the assigned role autonomously. Create, improve, or update procedures and guidelines.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Collaborate with FSTD Technical Specialists on issues requiring testing and troubleshooting. Undertake special projects based on Training Center Operation needs.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Mentor and provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to junior colleagues, supporting complex tasks and corrective maintenance. Pursue expertise in one or more FSTD systems (*, Visual, Motion, Flight Controls, QTGs).</li>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Prioritize, plan, and coordinate maintenance tasks, review and update issues, generate reports for technical meetings, ensure readiness for NAA recurrent evaluations, and maintain up-to-date maintenance records.</li>

<p >As the Egress Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities and the system testing program for the <strong >Tornado Egress System</strong>. You will also manage and supervise the Egress Maintenance Team Technicians.
