The role requires ensuring full compliance with approved technical specifications, local and international codes and standards, and delivering project objectives on schedule, within the approved budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties & Responsibilities1. Review and prepare engineering designs for roads (horizontal and vertical alignment, cross-sections, and pavement layers) in accordance with approved codes and standards.2. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure projects, technical office activities, and dry utilities coordination.<br>Key Responsibilities:Review and coordinate designs, calculations, shop drawings, and technical documents for MV/LV power distribution networks, telecommunications, fiber optic, and street lighting systems. Review and coordinate technical submittals related to transformers, substations, electrical panels, and other dry utility infrastructure. Identify utility clashes and provide technical solutions for utility diversions, relocations, and protection works during project execution. Coordinate with civil, roads, and wet utilities teams to ensure proper integration of dry utility networks within the overall infrastructure design. Ensure all electrical infrastructure designs comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and applicable international standards. Support technical office activities by reviewing engineering documents and providing technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with utility authorities to facilitate approvals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Use engineering software to support design reviews, coordination, and clash detection.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Technical Office Engineer in infrastructure and dry utilities projects. Strong experience in MV/LV networks, street lighting, telecommunications, and fiber optic infrastructure. Good knowledge of utility authority requirements and approval processes. Proficiency in Auto CAD and Navisworks. Experience with ETAP, Dialux, or similar electrical design and calculation software is preferred. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
