Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variances. Prepare monthly cost reports, including Cost at Completion (CAC), Cost Variance (CV), and Earned Value Analysis (EVA). Develop project budgets, cost baselines, and Estimates at Completion (EAC). Prepare cash flow forecasts and support financial planning activities. Evaluate the cost impact of change orders, variations, and scope changes. Maintain accurate cost forecasts and recommend corrective actions when required. Support project review meetings by providing detailed cost analysis and recovery plans. Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project cost reporting. Maintain cost risk registers and support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, financial policies, and project controls procedures.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control or project controls within the construction industry. Proven experience in landscape, infrastructure, or civil construction projects is highly preferred. Strong background in managing large-scale project budgets and cost reporting. Advanced proficiency in SAP (PS/CO modules). Excellent knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
