Hands-on ERP experience with at least one of: Odoo, SAP, Infor, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Odoo experience is weighted most heavily, followed by Infor.“Hands-on” means direct experience configuring, extracting data from, or integrating with ERP systems—not simply managing an external vendor. Strong engineering capability at the integration layer, including building data pipelines, system integrations, internal tools, and bounded AI workflows. No requirement to architect full production systems from scratch. Practical domain exposure in at least one of the following: manufacturing, logistics, procurement, finance operations, or supply chain. Sufficient operational understanding to work confidently with concepts such as 3-way matching, BOQs, procurement workflows, and operational exceptions. Proven production experience. Candidates must have taken implementations live and supported them after go-live. Strategy-only, presentation-only, or prototype-only backgrounds are not suitable. First screening question: “Walk me through something you shipped that is still running today.”Strong client-facing process discovery skills, including interviewing operators, mapping exceptions and edge cases, gathering data, and translating complex workflows into written acceptance criteria. Comfortable working directly with functional leaders such as procurement, operations, finance, and supply chain without requiring founder-level supervision. Fluent in Arabic and English Riyadh-based or willing to relocate. Comfortable working on-site at client locations and traveling across the GCC.
