This role partners with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, support day-to-day system usage, manage enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable performance across departments. The IT Manager leads and supports the internal IT team and coordinates vendors where needed, drives issue resolution, improves process and system workflows, and helps ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance to support smooth operations.<br>Job Description:ERP & Application Operations Manage daily ERP operations: user access, configuration changes, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Oversee backup/restore processes, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness for critical systems. Coordinate vulnerability management, security awareness, and incident response processes (with IT/security resources). Team Leadership & Governance Lead, coach, and develop the IT team; define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and governance processes for change management. Budgeting & Planning Own the IT budget for ERP support, infrastructure, licenses, and enhancements.
