<p>The jobs in this level are responsible for supervising the complete warehouse operations and the personnel to ensure that that products are safely stored, inventory level is maintained and personnel are trained and developed in the warehousing activities.</p><p>Either Negotiates contracts and develops strong business relationships with key logistics partners. Monitors logistics flows to ensure the most efficient transportation procedures and methods are used. Liaises with external suppliers, procurement, warehouses and stock users to understand and predict material usage patterns. <p>Supervise the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities. Oversee resident admissions, allocations, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy records. Ensure housing units, common areas, and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues. Develop and enforce housing policies, procedures, and community standards. Address resident inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Monitor housing occupancy levels and prepare regular operational reports. Manage housing budgets, monitor expenses, and control operating costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations. Supervise housing staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative personnel. Coordinate emergency response procedures for housing-related incidents. Maintain accurate records of residents, inventories, inspections, maintenance, and contracts. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery. Recommend improvements to housing services and resident satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housing, property, facilities, or accommodation management. Experience supervising teams and managing residential or employee accommodation facilities is preferred.</p>
