<p>Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles. <span>We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the freight and logistics sector.<br> The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to expand our enterprise and SME customer base, cultivate long-term relationships with clients, and partner with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.<br> Knowledge of air/sea/land freight, customs processes, and shippers’ needs are essential.<br> Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services.<br> Develop and execute multi-channel account plans for target markets, industries, and geographies.<br> Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; forecast accurately and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.<br> Conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and prepare compelling proposals and bids.<br> Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Compliance to ensure feasible, competitive, and compliant service offerings.<br> Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers and internal stakeholders.<br> Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.<br> Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings; build a strong external network.<br> Manage post-sale onboarding and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.<br> Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and revenue analyses for leadership.<br> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).<br> 4+ years of B2B sales experience in freight/logistics, 3PL, or related sectors.<br> Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding key accounts.<br> Deep knowledge of freight modes (air, ocean, road, rail), customs procedures, incoterms, and regulatory considerations.<br> Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.<br> Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.<br> Proficiency with CRM systems (e.<br>g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data analysis and forecasting skills.<br> Ability to travel as needed and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br> Fluency in [Languages as required by location/market].<br> Nice-to-Haves: Experience with freight forwarders, NVOCCs, freight brokerage, or 3PL integrations.<br> Understanding of digital freight platforms, modal optimization, and cost-to-serve modeling.<br> Certifications such as CCLR, CPSM, or similar.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
