At least 2 years of experience within a holding company environment. Strong knowledge of Board governance, General Assembly procedures, governance policies, charters, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of holding company and subsidiary governance structures and relationships. Experience in developing and reviewing governance policies, frameworks, Board and committee charters. Corporate governance certification or relevant professional training, such as ICCGO or Saudi Corporate Governance Code training, is preferred.
The Business Development Manager – Gift Cards will support the growth of the Shukran Gift Cards business across physical, digital, and partner channels, with a particular focus on expanding B2B sales. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in IT-related procurement and established relationships with suppliers and distributors in the technology field. The role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s needs for materials, equipment, and services are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with governance standards, while driving supplier strategy and maintaining operational excellence.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of annual and operational procurement plans aligned with company requirements. Oversee coordination with internal teams to define specifications and select the most suitable suppliers. Manage the full purchase request lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, necessity, and timely processing. Drive supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance management based on quality, delivery, and commercial criteria. Lead complex negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and contractual conditions. Ensure strict adherence to procurement governance policies, procedures, and internal controls. Supervise the issuance and follow-up of purchase orders through to completion. Oversee invoice review and coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers. Strong knowledge of IT-related procurement practices, supplier management, negotiation, and contract administration. Solid understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks. Demonstrated ability to prepare procurement plans, manage costs, and deliver measurable savings. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
