Risk Manager – Hospitality Construction Projects (Mega & Giga Projects)<br>Role Purpose Lead and manage the project risk management function for large-scale hospitality developments, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of risks across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases. The role supports informed decision-making to protect project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational readiness.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project risk management plans, frameworks, and risk registers.
