This role is required to a reputable clinic in Riyadh The Reception Supervisor must possess strong operational and customer service expertise, with responsibility for overseeing front-desk operations in full compliance with healthcare and workplace regulations in Saudi Arabia, including patient registration, appointment management, and accurate data handling in alignment with privacy requirements under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and operational standards set by the Ministry of Health.<br>The role must ensure proper patient identification, documentation accuracy, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams, while enforcing service protocols, managing reception staff schedules, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining high service quality standards. <p>We currently have an opportunity for a Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C) to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island opening team!</p>
<p>This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.</p>
