You play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving the hotel's commercial objectives.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Maintains and develops strong relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Takes ownership of key accounts and strategically grows market share across assigned segments. Organizes VIP arrivals, welcomes guests, and ensures exceptional service throughout their stay according to Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh standards. Plans and executes sales activities, including client meetings, sales calls, sales blitzes, and networking events. Negotiates contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements to maximize revenue and profitability. Coordinates with Front Office, Banqueting, Food & Beverage, Reservations, and other operational departments to ensure all client requirements are successfully delivered. Prepares monthly sales activity reports, market analysis, account production reports, and sales forecasts. Defines and implements sales strategies and action plans in line with the hotel's commercial and marketing objectives. Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue budgets and business development targets. Identifies emerging market trends and competitor activities, recommending strategies to strengthen the hotel's market position. Maintains strong working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Follows up with clients before, during, and after events or stays to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Handles client concerns professionally and escalates issues to the Director of Sales & Marketing when required. Delivers professional presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with key clients and stakeholders. Develops sales promotions, incentive programs, and strategic initiatives for local and regional markets. Conducts regular sales calls and business development activities with corporate clients, travel agencies, government accounts, and other target markets. Researches lost business opportunities and presents findings and recommendations during Monthly Sales Meetings. Provides weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Represents the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitor activities, pricing, and market developments. Contributes to the preparation and execution of the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan. Supports, coaches, and mentors junior members of the Sales Team whenever required. Participates in training and development programs. Performs all duties and responsibilities efficiently and in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel's policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety. Reports all potential and actual hazards immediately. Complies with all hotel rules, regulations, grooming standards, and attendance requirements. Reports for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times. Performs any other duties assigned by management. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Achieve revenue goals by managing key accounts and driving strategic sales initiatives. A proven track record in a similar Senior Sales Manager role within a quality environment, demonstrating excellent sales performance and revenue growth.
