Implement the Quality Plan and ITPs throughout the project to ensure inspection and quality control procedures are effectively applied. Maintain QC documentation — including MIRs, WIRs, Findings Reports, and inspection logs — verifying completeness, consistency, and compliance. Carry out inspection activities, Work Inception Permits, and material approvals, ensuring internal verification before consultant involvement.
