<br></span><p>The Senior HSE Coordinator supports the HSE Manager, Project Directors / Project Manager in coordination
within projects to implement the integrated management system and local legal regulations. Plans, implements,

achieved. This position also performs or coordinates annual workplace inspections to identify and correct

<p>Identify hazards and potential risks and assist operations staff with eliminating or mitigating those hazards.</p><br>
<p>Advise jobsite managers on HSE-related matters.</p><br>
<p>Conduct root cause analysis for all incident and accidents records within the stipulated incident occurrence and generate the initial investigation report within 24 hours or proper justification for the delay might occur.</p><br>
<p>Conduct accident/incident final investigation within stipulated time manner of 72 hours or proper justification for the delay might occur.</p><br>
<p>Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences by conducting various analysis such as hazard analysis, risk analysis, etc.</p><br>
<p>Conduct the required health, safety, and environment measurement in the project yard and facility such as noise survey and lux survey etc., on monthly basis.</p><br>
<p>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies</p><br>
