<p >Nutanix is seeking an <strong >Enterprise Account Manager STC Accounts</strong> to join its sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on selling Nutanix’s products and solutions through channel partners, with a specific emphasis on engaging with Telcos and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding Nutanix's presence within existing client organizations.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

</ul> <h3 >Required Experience and Qualifications</h3>

<li >Consistent track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas over multiple continuous years.</li>
<li >Deep understanding of the Telco and MSP sectors in the region, including their focus on simplicity, cloud-first strategies, and cost savings.</li>

Specific team guidance and norms will be provided by management.</p> <h3 >The Nutanix Sales Environment</h3>
<p >The enterprise sales team at Nutanix works closely with Channel Partners and Systems Engineers, focusing on evolving data center solutions. The team is supported by resources and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments to achieve sales performance goals. This position involves close collaboration with the leadership team, offering significant influence on sales team decisions and initiatives.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for the physical security and safety of Nutanix's staff, properties, and assets at our International (MEA) office locations, home office personnel, travelers, and events. You will help deliver a strategic physical security and safety program, using advanced technology, and align physical security and safety to risk, business priorities, and company culture. You will be the primary point of contact for all physical security and safety matters within the MEA region and provide a support role for all EMEA physical security and safety matters within the EMEA region. Reporting into the EMEA Manager Physical Security and Safety you will be based out of the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>What You Will Be Doing</b></p><ul><li>Conduct and coordinate physical security (security services, access control systems and CCTV systems), safety, and investigations for Nutanix facilities, events and travelers throughout MEA</li><li>Manage vendor relationship for MEA Physical Security manpower and Systems providers</li><li>Define and drive execution of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics for MEA Physical Security manpower and Systems vendors</li><li>Establish strategic relationship and provide direction on service requirements to property management at MEA locations where physical security manpower service is present</li><li>Provide strategic input into defining and establishing KPIs and metrics for other department functions</li><li>Establish strong relationships with all key stakeholders and business leadership in MEA region</li><li>Manage MEA physical security and safety operations budget, driving efficiencies and quality optimizations in line with the EMEA regional strategy</li><li>Physically respond to all physical security and safety incidents at Riyadh and support incidents remotely throughout MEA</li><li>Conduct surprise physical security drills to check the efficiency of all measures.</li><li>Plan, develop and direct physical security and safety plans in support of company sponsored onsite and offsite events</li><li>Manage investigations as required (security and safety related)</li><li>Lead the implementation of tools and processes to provide and communicate real-time information that could impact the MEA region</li><li>Plan and directs installation of electronic security systems, such as CCTV surveillance, access control and other systems in alignment with department guidelines</li><li>Help build and scale physical security and safety programs with business growth</li><li>Document and train Receptionist and Office Managers within the MEA region on relevant physical security and safety topics</li><li>Support the implementation of the environmental, health and safety programs to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met within the MEA region</li><li>Develop emergency response plans for all MEA facilities in preparation for natural or manmade emergencies.</li><li>Direct the enlistment, training and development of a floor warden program for emergency evacuations and health related incidents.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in a physical security or law enforcement roles</li><li>Ability to manage physical security and safety challenges in a constantly changing fast-paced environment</li><li>Direct experience in implementing and managing physical security system installations</li><li>Experience managing contract physical security services and service performance</li><li>A well-established professional network of physical security and law enforcement contacts</li><li>Knowledge of specific threats, risks and operational challenges</li><li>8 years minimum experience of supervisory or management</li><li>Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly</li><li>Experience in integrating tools and processes and leading change in a corporate environment</li><li>Proven interpersonal skills and ability to develop trust and influence others.</li><li>Ability to engage with Senior Management effectively</li><li>A practical sense and ability to implement</li><li>Excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy</li><li>Knowledge of current security technology including access control, CCTV, identification and special applications</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>High ethical standards and must have the proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.</li><li>BS/BA degree preferred but not required (Industry experience to be considered in conjunction with level of formal education)</li></ul>
