<p >The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality banking services to corporate clients. <span>Manage and oversee the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across Bank of Jordan – Saudi Arabia Branches.<br> Develop and maintain the Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.<br> Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and the development of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.<br> Ensure the readiness and effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities through regular testing, crisis simulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.<br> Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with SAMA requirements, ISO 22301, and other applicable standards.<br> Monitor emerging regulations, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements to strengthen operational resilience.<br> Support incident and crisis management activities to ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical business services.<br> Prepare management reports, KPIs, and KRIs related to business continuity and operational resilience.<br> Promote a culture of business continuity through training, awareness programs, and advisory support across the organization.<br> Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.<br> Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Risk Management , including at least 3 years in a managerial position .<br> Professional certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CBCP , or other relevant certifications are preferred.<br> Strong ability to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) .<br> Comprehensive knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) , Disaster Recovery (DR) , and the requirements of ISO 22301 .<br> Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and requirements.<br> Strong planning and organizational skills.<br> Strong decision-making skills.<br> Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.<br> Proficient in computer applications and the systems used within the organization.<br> Thorough understanding of the internal and external policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing the business, including their updates.<br> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br> Ability to work effectively under pressure.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
