About the Role

Bank of Jordan – KSA Branch is seeking a Corporate Sales & Services Officer to join its Corporate Banking team in Riyadh. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional dedicated to serving corporate clients.

Role Context

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality banking services to corporate clients. This involves supporting their diverse banking needs, actively strengthening client relationships, and promoting the Bank's range of products and services to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day banking services and support to corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure the timely resolution of all service requests.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with corporate customers.
• Promote the Bank's products and services and identify potential business opportunities.
• Support processes related to account opening, account maintenance, and customer documentation.
• Process corporate banking requests, including transfers, salary files, and various banking instructions.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Encourage clients to utilize the Bank's digital banking channels.
• Conduct client visits as required to foster relationships and address needs.
• Ensure full compliance with the Bank's established policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in corporate banking or a closely related field. A proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure compliance with banking regulations is essential for success in this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Corporate Banking team at Bank of Jordan's KSA Branch, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
