Job Summary:Lead the Group's Master Data Governance and Analytics function by ensuring the quality, consistency, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise master data across all business domains. Drive the organization's analytics, reporting, and data intelligence strategy by delivering reliable KPIs, dashboards, AI-driven insights, and decision-support solutions. Act as the IT focal point for master data and analytics, supporting business operations, ERP transformation, SAP harmonization, and enterprise-wide data migration and governance initiatives.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Lead Master Data Governance and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the Group. Drive data harmonization, cleansing, migration, and validation for ERP and SAP transformation projects. Develop and execute the Group's Analytics & Reporting strategy, including dashboards, KPIs, and Power BI reports. Promote data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics. Ensure data consistency across SAP and integrated business systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP partners, and vendors to implement best practices in Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, and continuous improvement.<br>Experience & Academic Qualifications<br>5–8 years of experience in SAP, ERP, Master Data Management, Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence roles. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong SAP functional knowledge across multiple business processes and modules. Proven experience in Master Data Governance and Data Quality Management. Experience leading Data Cleansing and Data Harmonization initiatives. Experience supporting Data Migration projects and ERP implementations. Strong experience with reporting development, Power BI and dashboard creation. Experience defining KPIs, management reports, and analytical solutions. Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics. Experience working with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.

Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and measurable return on investment. Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities. Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies within the Saudi market. Strong background in technology, fintech, digital banking, travel tech, or other high-growth digital businesses. Experience leading product launches, brand development, and customer acquisition initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and sizeable marketing budgets. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing marketing ROI. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
