The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability, efficient logistics planning and compliance with company policies while supporting uninterrupted marine operations.<br><br>Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect and verify all incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes and packing lists. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><br></p><p>The primary responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Visiting potential clients in the field (pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies) to present the offered storage service.</li><li>Preparing initial pricing proposals and explaining service details directly to clients.</li><li>Following up with potential clients after the initial visit until the deal is finalized.</li><li>Negotiating contract terms in coordination with management before final closure.</li><li>Updating the client record daily with each deal (new, under negotiation, closed).</li><li>Communicating with the warehouse team to ensure space availability before confirming any deal for the client.</li><li>Sending a daily summary report to management after visits and results.</li><li>Preparing a comprehensive weekly report detailing closed deals, new clients, and potential leads.</li></ul><p><b>Working Hours:</b></p><p>From Sunday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.</p><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Health insurance.</li><li>Annual leave.</li><li>Paid leave.</li><li>Performance bonuses on closed deals.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Experience of at least 3 years in sales or operations within the logistics sector, shipping, storage, or warehouses - candidates without this experience will not be considered.</p><ul><li>Time management and prioritization of field visits.</li><li>Management of client records (simple CRM or organized Excel file).</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Self-confidence in direct dealings with decision-makers at client companies.</li><li>Initiative and ability to work independently without constant supervision.</li></ul></div>
