Minimum of 500 logged dives. Proven experience certifying at least 50 students across core diving courses. Certified in a minimum of five (5) specialty instructor ratings. Demonstrated experience working in diverse geographic locations. Strong background in dive center operations, including training, guiding, and retail. Experience in diving health and safety practices and risk management. Knowledge of equipment management and dive center logistics. Previous experience in hospitality or luxury tourism environments is an advantage.
