This project is part of a broader national wave of gigawatt-scale solar procurement and buildout, with fast capacity additions and large power purchase agreements (PPAs) being key factors in its credibility. The project is developed under the IPP model with a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with SPPC as the offtaker, and financial close was achieved in October 2025, with completion scheduled for December 2027.<br><br>JOB PURPOSE: To supervise and manage the electrical maintenance activities in the plant, including all preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages and overhauling work activities for all electrical equipment in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and equipment reliability.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:People Management:Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems. Maintenance Management:Monitor the Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling work activities to ensure continuity and reliability of plant electrical equipment. Position Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer<br>Reports to: Construction Manager / Project Director<br>Role Purpose The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing all mechanical works related to the fit-out and operation of a cultural project. The role includes oversight of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and building management systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Design & Technical Oversight Review design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for all mechanical systems. Ensure mechanical systems are designed and installed in line with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international museum standards. The role ensures successful project delivery in accordance with approved quality standards, budget, schedule, brand requirements, and operational objectives. The Construction Manager will coordinate closely with the Client, Hotel Operator, Design Consultants, Contractors, and Project Management Team to ensure seamless execution from construction through commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.
