Senior Architect – Fit-Out & Finishes Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to oversee the company’s upcoming construction projects. In this role, you will primarily supervise site execution, interpret client briefs, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and review both contracts and architectural designs.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and in-depth proficiency with CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software. A successful Senior Architect should also be receptive to feedback and open to continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspections: Supervise and coordinate fit-out and finishes works. Approve the quality and quantity of completed work by contractors.
Project Management: Negotiate and arrange contracts and procurement activities.
Design Development: Prepare required architectural designs and shop drawings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, site inspection, and project management

المهام الرئيسية:
الإشراف: الإشراف والتنسيق على أعمال التشطيبات والأعمال الداخلية، واعتماد الجودة والكمية للأعمال المنفذة من قبل المقاولين.
إدارة المشاريع: التفاوض وترتيب العقود وعمليات الشراء.
إعداد التصاميم: إعداد التصاميم المعمارية والرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) المطلوبة.

درجة البكالوريوس في العمارة
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التصميم، الإشراف الميداني، وإدارة المشاريع
