Civil Engineer / Civil Inspector, an experienced Civil Inspector Engineer to join the supervising consulting team on a security systems development project in Dammam. The job holder will be responsible for supervising and inspecting civil works on-site and ensuring their execution according to the drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Roles and responsibilities: • Supervise and inspect civil works on-site. • Review civil drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications. • Review Method Statements, ITPs, and execution procedures for civil works. • Supervise security fence works, gates, facilities, inspection points, and related civil works. • Inspect foundations, concrete works, and related civil works. • Inspect civil materials arriving on-site and ensure they meet specifications. • Review inspection requests (RFI). • Monitor quality of execution and contractor works. • Identify discrepancies between approved drawings and on-site reality and coordinate redline drawings when needed. • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineers and the security systems team. • Participate in inspections, handover, and punch list closure. • Review As-Built drawings and final documents. • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly technical reports. Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Sufficient experience in supervision of execution or civil inspection. • Experience in construction or infrastructure or industrial projects. • Preference for experience in security projects or works of fences, gates, and facilities. • Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, construction methods, and inspection procedures. • Ability to prepare technical reports and follow up contractor works. • Ability to work on-site as an on-site assessor.

Responsibilities<br>Implement corrosion management program and on-stream monitoring. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for corrosion and assets integrity management. Conduct risk-based inspections based on API-580 methodology. Review and approve recommended solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection. Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed. Manage the water treatment program and recommend solutions to overcome challenges. Review and support proper operations within integrity operating windows (IOW). Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current codes and standards. Validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops, and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently. Assess feed composition changes and approve recommended solutions to assure asset integrity. Develop the scope and description of technology items and lead field implementation. Develop and transfer knowledge about the use of coating, cathodic protection, corrosion inhibitors, and other corrosion controls and best practices.<br>Requirements<br>Willing to permanently relocate at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience, with a strong preference for 15 years or more, in processing in the Oil/Gas industry, material science and metrology, different NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) technology and their applications, and knowledge in the engineering aspect of welding. Preferably, experienced in refineries corrosion/ damage mechanisms and challenges. Have knowledge of international standards and codes, particularly NACE, ASME, API, and ASTM, with a focus on inspection and corrosion standards such as API-571, API-580, API-570, API 584 and API-510. Summary: The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Assurance, Quality Control, inspection, testing, and calibration activities within the valve manufacturing process. This is a dual-function role. Each Site Engineer manages two Foremen and their trade crews, and handles fit-out and renovation projects alongside routine and emergency maintenance, interchangeably. There is no separate maintenance team — the same crews flex between planned project work and reactive callouts, allocated daily through a central dispatch desk.
