<p><strong>الوصف الوظيفي</strong></p><p>يتولى المحاسب تنفيذ ومتابعة العمليات المحاسبية والمالية اليومية، وإعداد القيود والتقارير المالية، ومراجعة الحسابات والتأكد من دقة البيانات المالية وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة والأنظمة المحاسبية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات</strong></p><ul><li>تسجيل القيود المحاسبية اليومية وترحيلها إلى النظام المحاسبي.</li><li>متابعة حسابات العملاء والموردين وتسجيل عمليات القبض والصرف.</li><li>إعداد ومراجعة الفواتير والمطالبات المالية.</li><li>إجراء التسويات البنكية ومطابقة الأرصدة بشكل دوري.</li><li>متابعة المصروفات والإيرادات والعهد والسلف المالية.</li><li>إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والدورية.</li><li>المساهمة في إعداد القوائم المالية والميزانيات التقديرية.</li><li>إعداد ومراجعة إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة والمتطلبات الزكوية والضريبية.</li><li>متابعة الأصول الثابتة واحتساب الإهلاك وتحديث سجلات الأصول.</li><li>تجهيز المستندات والبيانات المطلوبة للمراجعة الداخلية والخارجية.</li><li>التأكد من حفظ وتنظيم المستندات والسجلات المحاسبية.</li><li>الالتزام بالسياسات المالية والأنظمة والتعليمات ذات العلاقة.</li><li>تنفيذ أي مهام مالية أو محاسبية أخرى تُكلف بها من الإدارة.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>المؤهلات المطلوبة</strong></p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.</li><li>خبرة عملية في مجال المحاسبة.</li><li>معرفة جيدة بالمعايير المحاسبية والأنظمة المالية المعمول بها في المملكة.</li><li>الإلمام بمتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.</li><li>إجادة استخدام البرامج المحاسبية وبرامج Microsoft Office، خصوصًا Excel.</li><li>يفضل وجود عضوية أو تسجيل مهني لدى الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين.</li></ul>
