In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel and assets.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for staff and stores.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments to identify potential security risks and implement measures to mitigate them.</li><li>Manage security personnel and resources effectively to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and provide solutions.</li><li>Investigate security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Stay updated on security trends and technologies to enhance security measures.</li></ul><br><b>Candidate Requirements:</b><ul><li>Minimum secondary school education in a relevant field such as Security Management or Criminal Justice.</li><li>Proven experience in security management, with 3 years as a security supervisor and at least 5 years overall experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of security practices, procedures, and technologies.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations.</li><li>Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are advantageous.</li><li>Experience in regional security management is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, crisis management, surveillance, and security equipment operation.</li></ul>
