Working closely with engineering, construction, GIS, commissioning, and project controls teams, you will be responsible for ensuring all BIM models, Civil 3D deliverables, asset information, and digital records accurately reflect completed works and meet handover requirements. This role will focus on as-built model management, data quality assurance, asset information delivery, and the successful transfer of digital project information to the client and operations teams.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Lead BIM and digital engineering activities associated with project completion, handover, and close out.</li><li> Manage and maintain federated BIM models, ensuring they accurately reflect as-built conditions across the project.</li><li> Oversee the development, review, and approval of Civil 3D models, utility networks, corridors, pipe networks, and associated infrastructure deliverables.</li><li> Coordinate model updates with engineering, construction, GIS, survey, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with completed works.</li><li> Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project standards, client requirements, and information management protocols.</li><li> Lead the preparation and delivery of digital handover packages, including BIM models, asset information, geospatial data, and as-built records.</li><li> Establish and implement quality assurance processes for model validation, data integrity, and information completeness.</li><li> Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, document control processes, and digital information governance.</li><li> Coordinate BIM clash reviews, constructability assessments, and model-based issue resolution where required during close-out activities.</li><li> Support operational readiness and asset management initiatives by ensuring accurate and complete asset information is available for long-term operations and maintenance.<br><br><br></li></ul>Here's what you'll need<br><br><ul><li> Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, or design coordination roles supporting major infrastructure, utilities, water, transportation, or civil engineering projects.</li><li> Technical Strong knowledge of BIM delivery, information management, model coordination, asset information requirements, as-built documentation, and digital project handover processes.</li><li> Infrastructure Proven experience delivering BIM for large-scale infrastructure projects, including water, utilities, linear assets, pipeline networks, roads, and civil works.</li><li> Digital Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
