<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br>Understand client needs and translate their ideas and requirements into realistic and innovative plans and designs.<br>Prepare designs and execution plans (2D &amp; 3D) for residential and commercial projects.<br>Select materials, colors, furniture, and lighting to suit the design character and the client’s budget.<br>Field supervision (or monitoring) of design implementation to ensure quality and alignment with the plans.<br>Effective communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth fieldwork progress.<br><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong><br>• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design or Applied Arts/Fine Arts (Interior Design department).<br>• Technical skills: proficient in core design software such as:<br>3ds Max / Blender (with professional rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona).<br>AutoCAD for execution drawings.<br>Photoshop for final edits.<br>• Personal skills: high ability to communicate positively with clients, time management, and providing creative solutions to architectural problems.</p>
