<h3>About the Role</h3><p>Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a <strong>Future Opportunity Finance Manager</strong> to join their team in Jazan, Jīzān, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves serving as an embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams. The Finance Manager will be instrumental in driving profitability and cost optimization across all entertainment destinations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage venue P&L performance by overseeing financial results for assigned destinations, analyzing revenue streams (tickets, F&B, retail, attractions), monitoring operating costs, and taking actions to achieve EBITDA and profitability targets.</li><li>Provide financial business partnering by advising venue and operations managers, participating in operational planning, translating financial data into actionable insights, and influencing decisions at the idea stage.</li><li>Analyze operational metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as per capita spend, attendance versus forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios, and F&B margins, and recommending improvements.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with venue managers to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, incorporating seasonality, event calendars, and operational capacity, and providing variance analysis with corrective recommendations.</li><li>Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs without compromising guest experience, analyzing labor scheduling efficiency, monitoring vendor costs, and implementing cost control initiatives with operations leadership.</li><li>Ensure financial controls by overseeing cash handling procedures, monitoring inventory management and shrinkage, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting internal and external audits of operational areas.</li><li>Develop and lead the team by setting objectives for operations finance analysts, providing coaching and mentorship, and building a high-performing team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Requirements</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.</li><li><strong>Advanced Degree:</strong> MBA preferred.</li><li><strong>Professional Certifications:</strong> Certified Management Accountant (preferred), Certified Public Accountant (advantageous).</li></ul><h3>Work Type</h3><p>This is a full-time position based in Jazan, Jīzān, Saudi Arabia.</p>
