<strong>BI Developer/Consultant<br><br>Location: </strong>KSA (On-site)<br><strong>Experience: </strong>4-6 years<strong><span><u>ARABIC SPEAKING IS A MUST HAVE.</u></span></strong><strong>MUST HAVE</strong><ul><li>4–6+ years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling → visualization → deployment)</li><li>Strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) — expert-level in at least one</li><li>Strong SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins)</li><li>Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling)</li><li>ETL/ELT experience — building and troubleshooting data pipelines feeding BI layers</li><li>Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards/reports (this is the "consultant" half — not just a report-builder)</li><li>DAX or equivalent calculation-language proficiency (if Power BI-centric)</li></ul><strong>GOOD TO HAVE</strong><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platforms</li><li>Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics feeding into BI layers</li><li>Experience presenting to executive/C-level audiences</li><li>Domain experience in operations/logistics/parking/municipal data</li><li>Arabic language skills</li><li>Familiarity with data governance/row-level security implementation</li><li>Prior consulting background (used to client-facing engagements, scoping, and stakeholder management)</li></ul>
