RSSE is responsible for designing and delivering outstanding land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination, managing a diverse portfolio of sports, adventure, and leisure offerings, including water sports through Galaxea. This is a full-time position.</p> <h3 >Role Purpose and Operational Leadership</h3>
<p >The Water Sports Supervisor is a site-based operational leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily execution, safety, and quality of all water sports activities within the assigned asset. This position ensures the smooth coordination of instructors, guest activities, and equipment readiness while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency. The Supervisor acts as the key link between the Water Sports Manager and frontline instructors, ensuring seamless delivery of premium guest experiences within a luxury marine tourism environment.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Provide on-the-job guidance to Water Sports Instructors and support performance monitoring and team development.</li>

<p >Ensuring safety is the highest priority across all water sports operations. The Supervisor is responsible for enforcing compliance with safety procedures, risk assessments, and emergency protocols. This includes conducting routine safety checks and operational inspections of equipment and activity areas, promoting environmental awareness and responsible interaction with marine environments, and ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory safety standards at all times.</p> <h3 >Pre-Opening Support and Continuous Improvement</h3>

<li >Support the development of new water sports activities and guest programs, contributing to process improvements and best practice implementation.</li>

<p >This role operates within a luxury marine tourism and water sports environment, requiring flexibility to work outdoors, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. It involves active participation in live operations and guest-facing activities, with exposure to varying marine and weather conditions.
