Field supervision: Monitor workers and contractors on site and supervise the execution of works according to the required engineering standards and quality. Daily inspection of progress on various items and ensure compliance with engineering specifications. 3. Receiving and inspecting materials: Receiving materials from suppliers and ensuring they meet technical specifications before use in finishing. Ensure availability of necessary materials on time to prevent any delays in work. 4. Sampling and reporting: Conduct accurate measurements (gauging) of materials used weekly and provide comprehensive reports to the owner or senior management on progress made. Prepare detailed reports on project status and challenges, with recommendations for possible solutions. 5. Coordination and communication: Coordinate between different work teams (electricity, plumbing, painting, etc.) to ensure no conflicts in work and provide an efficient working environment.
