This is a full-time position requiring between two and five years of experience.</p><h3>Job Objective</h3><p>This role aims to oversee the development of project and program implementation plans, monitor their progress, and develop and track their budgets and contractual procedures. It also includes determining project costs and funding sources, and monitoring execution processes to ensure they are completed and their objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.</p><h3>Key Tasks and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise the development and execution of project and program plans, direct and monitor the estimation of financial budgets, identify necessary human, technical, and equipment requirements, and ensure their availability on time and within the estimated cost.</li><li>Supervise the identification of project assumptions and all interdependencies with other projects or programs to ensure optimal utilization of available resources, and identify project risks and the steps necessary to avoid and resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.</li><li>Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining stages, ensure adherence to the project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and manage change processes based on established plans.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up on the completion of major project milestones and the project closure process, evaluate the extent to which project outputs have met their main objectives, and ensure the transfer of all related knowledge and expertise and the documentation of project-specific files, forms, and reports.</li><li>Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, challenge and risk management reports, and performance indicator and project success factor measurement reports on a periodic basis, and submit relevant reports to various stakeholders and senior management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Practical experience ranging from <strong>2 to 5 years</strong> in project management.</li><li>Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets and determine requirements and resources.</li></ul><h3>Work Environment</h3><p>This full-time position is available in the city of Khamis Mushait, Asir region, within a specialized team working to achieve the company's strategic goals.</p><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>For those interested in joining Saleh Hadi Saleh Al-Haidar & Partner Company, please submit your applications.
