تنفيذ ومتابعة تطبيق أنظمة الجودة وسلامة الغذاء داخل المجزر، والتأكد من مطابقة جميع مراحل التشغيل والمنتجات لمواصفات الجودة المعتمدة ومتطلبات سلامة الغذاء، بما يضمن إنتاج منتجات آمنة ومطابقة للمواصفات وتقليل الفاقد والشكاوى.المهام والمسؤليات :• إعداد التقارير و تقديم مقترحات للمدير المباشر التحسين فى حدود سلطاته واختصاصاته.• تنفيذ البرامج الخاصة بإدارة الجودة و التى تصب فى النهاية لتحقيق الأهداف الرئيسية للشركة.• مسئول عن متابعة مشرفين الجودة فى  تنفيذ الخطط الخاصة بانظمة الجوده المختلفه.• التاكد من تطبيق انظمة ومعايير الجودة بشكل فعال على سلامة المنتجات التى تحقق سياسات الجودة  بالشركة.• مراجعة التقارير الواردة من فريق الانتاج لتقييمها ورفع تقرير بها لمدير الجودة.•سحب عينات المنتجات وإرسالها للمعمل..• التنسيق والتعاون الفعال مع رؤساء اقسام الانتاج فى كافة الاعمال التى من شأنها رفع كفاءة وجودة المنتج.• متابعة شكاوى العملاء والعمل على تتبع اسباب الشكاوى وابداء الرأى فى حل فعال و جزرى للشكاوى.• متابعة تشغيل خطوط الانتاج طبقا لانظمة الجودة المطبقة وسلامة الغذاء بشكل فعال تماشياً مع اسم ومكانة الشركة.• تدريب وتقييم مشرفى جودة الانتاج على أعمالهم و نقل خبرته إليهم بحيث يكونوا مؤهلين للقيام بدورهم بشكل فعال.• الالتزام بمتطلبات ISO 22000 وFSSC 22000.• مسئول عن تنفيذ ومتابعة الاشتراطات الصحيه بالمصنع.• متابعة ومعاونة كافة ادارات الشركه فى اجتياز التفتيشات الدوريه.• متابعة الاجراءات التصحيحيه الفعاله الملزمه لاجتياز التفتيشات .• الحفاظ على كافة المعلومات والبيانات التى بدورها تؤدى الى تطوير جودة العمل داخل المنشأه.• رفع تقارير دوريه إلى المدير المباشر لبيان ما تم التخطيط له وإنجازه و ما تم تأجيله مع بيان السبب.• إتباع تعليمات وسياسات الجوده والسلامه والصحه المهنيه.متطلبات الوظيفة• بكالوريوس زراعة (علوم أغذية) أو علوم أو طب بيطري أو ما يعادلها• اللغة الإنجليزية يفضل جيد جدا على الأقل تحدثاً و كتابة• التعامل الجيد مع برامج الحاسب الآلىمن 3 الى 5 سنوات خبرة• يفضل الخبرة في مصانع الأغذية أو مجازر الدواجنخبرة في HACCP وISO 22000.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 2</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال</li></ul>
