<p>The HYCO Operations shift Supervisor is accountable for managing and supervising the operations shift team including shift leads and operators for BHIG facilities which include a Hydrogen Steam Methane Reformer, a CO2 Removal Unit & CO2 Compression, HPSA, Membrane Unit, related Utilities and pipeline network. The Operations Shift Supervisor will manage the day-to-day plant shift operations, which include daily customer production meetings, close communication with feed stock and utilities suppliers to ensure daily operational targets are achieved, interfacing with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the site.
