<p><h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<p>Organizing the on-site project team and allocating responsibility for HSE, site supervision, and document control procedures.<br>

<h4>Qualifications and Experience</h4>
<p>Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in fast-track large-scale projects in the GCC.<br>
Effective leadership and high commitment to achieving goals.<br>
Familiarity with contractual matters related to construction projects and good working knowledge of the FIDIC Yellow and Red Books.<br>
Previous consultancy experience in a PMCM (Program Management, Construction Management) environment.<br>
Record of implementing continuous improvement on site and supporting capacity building and talent development in a construction environment.<br>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>
Experience of working internationally, with preference for GCC experience.</p>
