<p>Leading and managing all contracts and procurement activities in the company to ensure timely provision of materials, services, and subcontractors of the best quality and cost, while safeguarding the company's contractual interests and achieving project time and financial objectives.</p>
<p>Main Responsibilities</p>

<li>Prepare, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Lead tendering processes and RFQ/RFPs.</li>
<li>Analyze and compare technical and financial bids and prepare award recommendations.</li>
<li>Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best prices and commercial terms.</li>
<li>Develop, qualify, and evaluate approved suppliers and contractors.</li>
<li>Prepare procurement plans and project needs in coordination with project departments and the technical office.</li>
<li>Reduce costs by adhering to the Cost Baseline or reducing it.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Finance Department to control cash flows for suppliers and contractors.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Tendering and Pricing Management and provide them with any prices to help price new projects.</li>
<li>Manage warehouses and stock.</li>
<li>Monitor purchase orders and contracts until final closure.</li>
<li>Monitor purchase costs and achieve financial savings for the company.</li>
<li>Manage claims and contract changes related to suppliers and contractors.</li>
<li>Prepare periodic reports for senior management on costs, contracts, and risks.</li>

<p>Required Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.</li>
<li>At least 10 years of experience in contracts and procurement.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in the role of Contracts and Procurement Manager.</li>
<li>Strong network of relationships with suppliers and contractors in the Saudi market.</li>
<li>Strong experience in major contracting companies within Saudi Arabia.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Practical experience in residential, commercial, and construction projects.</li>

<li>Good knowledge of fabrication and installation processes for wooden works.</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD, preferably knowledge of design and 3D software.</li>

<li>Experience in managing a technical team and coordinating between different departments.</li>
