Drive technical excellence by promoting best practices in system reliability, observability, and maintainability.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable backend systems and cloud-based microservices. Strong proficiency in Golang and experience working with multiple programming languages. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, operating systems, networking, concurrent programming, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure. Experience building enterprise-grade applications with knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions such as Okta or other SSO/IdP platforms. Comfortable working across the technology stack with a primary focus on backend engineering. Proven ability to lead technical projects, influence architectural decisions, and deliver scalable production systems. Strong problem-solving abilities with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment.
