Accountable to personally inspect all Active Leaks each shift and update any degradation in his report. Accountable to audit, review and assign action each day for the logs from his operators. Accountable to ensure implementation of issued mitigation plans for all Emergency and High level (Safety Risk/Environment Risk/Availability Risk/Utilization Risk/Energy Risk) log items.<br><br>Minimum Requirements And Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations preferred. An associate technical degree (2-year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence. Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or a maintenance function. Demonstrated HYCO knowledge a plus, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with 4 + years in line supervision of process operations roles. Expectation based on level of experience for the operations team to achieve a ‘Level 1 / Board Level’ status within 2 – 4 years. Operators will be evaluated during the training period and placed at the level of competence accordingly. All the operations team are considered field and board operators when Level 1 is achieved. Leadership positions are expected to follow the progression process. The HYCO Operations Supervisor is an extension of the operating team and is expected to engage in plant operations when required. Proven coordination experience in a multi team environment which includes operations, engineering, and maintenance. Good leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively throughout all levels within the organization and externally. Job Summary The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility services to ensure the building(s) remain safe, clean, properly maintained, and compliant with applicable regulations. This role manages vendors and coordinates maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, within budget, and to required standards. Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Implement and monitor SOPs for hygiene, deep cleaning, pest control coordination, and infection prevention practices. Manage housekeeping inventory, linen operations, and amenities to ensure availability and cost efficiency. Control par stock, track usage, minimize wastage, and coordinate procurement with relevant departments. Work closely with Laundry (internal/outsourced) to maintain linen quality, turnaround times, and replacement planning. Collaborate with Engineering/Maintenance on room defects, preventive maintenance, and out-of-order room follow-up. Coordinate with Security and other departments for lost & found processes and guest/property safety. Partner with F&B and Events teams for set-ups, special functions, and VIP arrangements.<br>Candidate Profile (Requirements) Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort. Strong leadership, team management, and quality inspection expertise. Solid understanding of luxury housekeeping standards, SOPs, and guest service excellence. Support exploration and resource development drilling programs by providing disciplined sample workflows, strong contractor and stakeholder coordination, and effective leadership of core shed technicians and support personnel.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></span></p><br><ul><li><span>Supervise daily core shed operations to deliver safe, efficient and orderly workflows across sample receipt, processing, storage and dispatch.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate diamond core and RC sample movement from drill site or pickup point through cutting, sampling, photography, SG/density testing, storage and shipment.</span></li><li><span>Ensure sampling protocols, sample numbering, QA/QC insertion, chain-of-custody controls and lab submission requirements are applied consistently and accurately.</span></li><li><span>Maintain robust sample tracking, inventory control and documentation using approved spreadsheets, databases and digital file management systems.</span></li><li><span>Monitor QA/QC performance, sample turnaround times, sample condition and laboratory issues;
