HVAC Equipment Assembly</b> </p><p>• Supervise and perform mechanical assembly of HVAC equipment. </p><p>• Install compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, expansion devices, filters, fans/blowers, motors, valves, piping, insulation, dampers, and accessories. </p><p>• Ensure proper alignment, fastening, brazing, piping, and component installation. </p><p>• Verify that assembly is in accordance with approved shop drawings and BOMs.</p><p><br></p><p><b>2. Electrical & Controls</b> </p><p>• Assist with installation and checking of compressors, motors, contactors, overloads, heaters, thermostats, sensors, VFDs, and control panels. </p><p>• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting. </p><p>• Verify control wiring against electrical drawings. </p><p>• Coordinate with electrical/control technicians for BMS, thermostat, and controller integration. </p><p><b>4. Testing & Quality Control</b> </p><p>• Perform functional testing of completed units. </p><p>• Check airflow, temperature, pressure, vibration, noise, and electrical parameters. </p><p>• Verify refrigerant pressures, current draw, voltage, and motor operation. </p><p>• Identify manufacturing defects and coordinate corrective actions</p><p>• Support factory acceptance testing and inspection by consultants/clients when required.</p><p><b>5. Foreman / Team Supervision</b> </p><p>• Supervise technicians, helpers, and production workers. </p><p>• Allocate daily work according to the production schedule. </p><p>• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and attendance. </p><p>• Ensure technicians follow approved work methods and safety procedures. </p><p>• Train junior technicians in HVAC assembly, brazing, testing, and troubleshooting. </p><p>• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Planning departments. </p><p><b>6. Troubleshooting </b></p><p>• Diagnose mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and control-system problems. </p><p>• Rectify issues during production testing and commissioning. </p><p>• Investigate repeated failures and provide feedback to Engineering/Quality. </p><p>• Assist Engineering in improving product design and manufacturability. </p><p><b>7. Documentation </b></p><p>• Complete inspection and testing checklists. </p><p>• Record refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuum testing, and functional test results. </p><p>• Report defects, rework, material shortages, and technical issues. </p><p>• Ensure proper traceability of critical components and testing activities. </p><p><b>8. Safety</b> </p><p>• Ensure safe handling of refrigerants, pressure vessels, electrical equipment, brazing equipment, and tools. </p><p>• Enforce PPE and safe working practices. </p><p>• Ensure proper handling and storage of refrigerants and gases. </p><p>• Report unsafe conditions and incidents to management. </p><p><br></p></div>
<p>Performs aircraft maintenance tasks on the AH-64E as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives pertinent to the environment. Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Performs aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Performs maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Conducts MNG OJT training as required. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.</p><p>Ensures that AH64-E Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives. Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates. Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required. Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager. Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards. Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of AH64- E Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager. Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Aviation Manager. Coordinates through management for daily and weekly maintenance training activities. Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner. In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures. Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager. <p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE</p><br><p>To act as an IMI Permit to Work (PTW) Issuing Authority and/or coordinating and controlling the PTW system across operational and non-operational areas to ensure safe execution of high-risk and non-routine</p><br><p> activities. <p><strong>Job Overview</strong><br>The Repair Machine Champion (RMC) is responsible for coordinating and executing machine shop repairs for damaged, nonconforming, and rework components. The role provides end-to-end ownership across technical scope, supplier alignment, inspection requirements, documentation, and delivery follow-up to ensure safe, compliant, and timely repair execution.
