V2X has an opening for an Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP). Responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), and conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verifications of aircraft to ensure airworthiness upon completion of extensive disassembly for maintenance, repair, replacement or modification of components or aircraft systems. Prepares detailed maintenance forms and records, provides MNG training as required, and ensures all maintenance operations are executed safely.</p><p>Ensures that AH-6i Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives. Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates. Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required. Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager. Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards. Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of AH-6i Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager. Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Aviation Manager. Coordinates through management for daily and weekly maintenance training activities. Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner. In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures. Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager. Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods. Retains the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b> As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization. Associates Degree required, Bachelor s Degree preferred. AH-6i, MD-500 series, MH-6, AH-64 and ten (10) years experience desired. Note: Post hire AH-6i familiarization course will be required if applicant is not an A&P, AH-6i, MD500 series, MH-6, OH-58 or AH-64 qualified mechanic. Recent aircraft mechanic experience. FAA A&P certificate. Aviation Technical Inspector (TI) experience. FAA IA certificate.
